Soo the crapper A-1000 lived up to its name and shitted out on me today, thank god the car was in the garage. I had last turned her on 1 week ago, worked like a champ, till i tried to fire the car today.. Heres the kicker, i have MAYBE 15mins of run time on it TOTAL. I bought it new, checked all the wiring, then got pissy and shot +12v/GND directly to the terminals on the pump, but still nothing. Is this common for these things? I have a pre and post filter, never ran it dry, and was primed from the start. Anyone else have issues with this pump? This is rediculous that it lasted not even long enough for the engine to hit normal opperating temps.
