Default 900-1100HP guys... what fuel psi y'all run?

I have 65lbs injectors (@ 90% duty cycle) w/ fuel psi @ 60psi... how much higher can i take this fuel psi? I going to be running 3lbs more boost on the same fuel system. Wondering if I can take the fuel psi to 65-70 w/o getting into trouble???

Fast fuel rails
Fast 1200hp fuel pump system
65lbs injectors
MS109 fuel

is your fuel pressure still atmospheric referenced or is it manifold pressure referenced?

Depends on your pump and fuel lines. If a single 044, then perhaps 5bar - but may lean out if the pump heats up. They are rated at 3.5bar these pump.

If dual 044 and -10 supply lines, then as high as 6bar or more.

funds are comin down to the wire... just wanted to see how far i can stretch the fuel psi...

my fuel system is pretty stout... good lines, fuel pump, the works... i still run the factory pcm (i know i need bs3) and RC racing makes 75lbs injectors which work with factory settings... i hate to resort to them if i can up the fuel psi 8psi or so and up the injector duty cycle to 95% to compensate for the 3 extra pounds of boost...

thanks for your help y'all!

044 maintains flow to in excess of 7 bar pressure, which is well over 100psi. It only starts to drop a little around 8 bar.

And using 1 pump or 2 wont make any difference to pressure ability. 2 pumps will simply flow more.

FWIW, when I was using the 60lb Siemens ( Mototrons ) I ran 4.5 bar base pressure, 66psi with boost reference.

Duty cycles were pretty high, hence I switched to RC 73lb's At low rpm's, I needed to use 4.25 bar to maintain the same AFR's as the Mototrons....go figure.

Although it has given me a bit more fuel at the top end. The RC injectors were not as easy to tune as the Siemens, but they are working fine now.

Im using a pair of 044's, 73lb inj, 1/2 hardline to front, 3/8 hardline return with Aero rails.

My fuel pressure is always rock solid....no idea of power, but Id say its a good bit in excess of 800rwhp

you have no idea how much this has helped me out! thanks a bunch... i dont have over 800 at the tires but hope to get up around 720 or so on a stang dyno...

thanks again ya'll!!!

I have 2 o44 as well and a boost reference regulator. Driving normal i am at 60psi and when I hit the boost it jump's to 80psi.Mototron 60lb. injector's as well. So far has made a little over 800rwhp.

I run 44 psi, and have a boost ref regulator. I haven't paid attention to fuel psi at full boost, but AF is good. 1003hp on engine dyno. 95# injectors.
