Default need for fuel rails?

so heres the deal. mods are: 402 stroker, tfs 225 heads, 254/254 cam, long tube headers, 3" true duals with x-pipe, ported fast 90mm intake and a 90mm tb. i know i need to upgrade injectors but whats the deal with fuel rails, are they a "you will lose power if you dont?" or just somethin that helps get rid of stock looking parts? thanks

If they can't flow the kind of fuel you need then you will lose power and possibly damage parts. Chances are they can flow enough fuel for you with some modifications.
