As best I can tell, there are two Ford part numbers that are both red top and claim to flow 30lb/hr.

Can someone tell me what the difference between these two part numbers is?

(1) Bosch #280150756 or Ford part number e9se b1b
(2) Ford racing part #M-9593-B302

I searched, but couldn't find a definitive answer. Thanks.

I did some searching and found this:

Bosch 280150756 are 32.0lb @ 36psi EV1 11-18ohm (out of a 2.3 Ford Turbo Super Coup)

Ford M-9593-B302 are 30 lbs @ 39.1psi EV1 11-18 ohms <--- These are the more common "Red Top SVO" injectors that you can find easily.

You will have to do some flow rate conversion to determine what they are at our stock 58psi fuel pressure.
