Default axle help needed

I need a set of axles for my Strange 12 bolt.

The car is a 4ch car, but the rear is not (a barebones business only rear basically). It has 33 spline axles and 3.73 gears which are 3 series.

I want ABS and TC back, and I have the backing plates but apparently my current axles wont work since the backing plates cant be pressed onto them. So, what axles do I need, and where can I get them from - or can my current axles be made to work?

Thanks

pull the axles out and send them to Strange along with your backing plates. they can machine the axles to accept the 4 channel rings and install your backing plates with new bearings and reluctor wheels if needed. you will need to call them first for a RMA number and prices. 847-663-1701

I was trying to do the same thing but with 9 inch axles. I was trying to minimize down time as well by going to a local machine shop but they estimated close to 200 and couldn't do it right away either. I ended up buying new axles from Speed Inc for just under 300 but also had to buy a bearing kit for 100 and will have to get the bearings pressed on as well. So I am trying to sell my original axles to recoup some of the money. Did you call Strange to see how much they charged (with shipping) and how long of a turn-around time it would be?
