Default gears for my turboed m6??!

k, well... i have a 98 camaro ss, and i will be starting my install to my ptk turbo this weekend, currently i have 4.10's in the car with the stock 10 bolt and the original 3.42 that are still in mint shape. i know i should upgrade the rear end but money started geating very tight with the cost of the kit so far haha. i love the 4.10's but im curious to know if it will be to much gear for my car with the turbo or should i just put the 3.42's back in?? and the car is a m6thanks

I would put the 3.42's back in, which will help to spool the turbo. Bob

^^ completly agree with Bob. it will spool quicker and you will have enough power on tap to turn 3.42 easy! and dont forget about how nice it will be spinning lower rpm's on the highway.

i used to run the 3.42s then i switched to 3.70. much better for fun street driving, havent taken the new gears to the track yet, but boost still comes on fast
