Default Need a tune after rearend swap?

I currently have 2.73's and I will be swapping in a rearend with 3.73's. Will I need a tune? Im also plaining on putting headers on it in 2 weeks so should i wait for to get a tune them? Also it the rearend im getting doesnt have traction control and my car does will i be able to just install with plugging in the traction control or do i need to reinstall all the traction control stuff? Any info would be appreciated.

No, all you would have to do is to get the car retuned for the speedo change for the gear. I would wait and get a tune after the headers are installed.
Your ABS and TCS won't work, you'll have a light on the dash but it won't affect anything. Bob

i never got mine tuned after i went from 3.42 to 3.73. just had someone with an accurate speedo drive next to me to figure out what my speedo was off by. also kinda nice to think you're going faster than you really are

Except that it puts more miles on your odometer than you are actually driving.

i just today swapped from 2.73s to 3.73s in my A4 and it def. needs a tune after that... i had a tune that just fixed my speedo and put that in, but my shift points suck now... and you basically have to get into it to get it to shift into second and its jarring.. but hopefully i can find somethin

dunno if ls and lt motors would matter on that though..
