Default Hard to convert to 4-link rear?

Ok i found a cheap project car (93 LT1) and wanted to do a budget build. So to save money on a rearend i was wondering, how hard would it be to use a 8.8 and the full 4-link from a late 90's mustang?

I have seen at least 5 on ebay for less than 250, they are all complete drop out rears, including arms, shocks, brakes, swaybar etc. That is a hell of alot cheaper than buying a 12bolt or 9"
