Default will this work in myy 2000 z28

i found this posi will it work in my 2000 z28?
GM 7.5" 28 spline POSI (Eaton Locking Differential)

Came from a stock S10.

Comes with a NEW grade 8 pinion shaft lock screw from GM dealer (never reuse an old one - used ones often break and have to be cut out).

This is the OEM EATON locking differential offered in S 10's etc (the same one shown on the commercials). It is a true locking differential. Unlike limited slip differentials, this unit distributes equal torque to both wheels IN ALL CONDITIONS-EVEN ONE TIRE IN THE AIR.

It is a 3 series carrier. Will take stock gears 3.23, 3.42, 3.73, 4.11, 4.56, etc. Will fit any 1989-up GM vehicle with 7.5 or 7.625 rear and 28 spline axles.

Link? Pics?
No S10 came with anything other than a Gov-Loc from the factory.
You need a pic for ID.

I just researched this a few days ago https://ls1tech.com/forums/gears-axl...es-98-s10.html

Well nevermind, I found the exact text you posted here at this ebay auction.

To answer your question--yes it will work.
To add some free advice-- it WILL break. They are the weakest locking diffs GM ever used in anything.
