Default posi still good?

ok dont know a whole lot about posi's...but had my car in the air and was changeing my brake fluid, and decided to spin my rear right tire....well the left one wasnt spining...went to the left side and spun that one and the right one didnt spin...so my posi is shot right? and will this make a car slower? as in, not as fast if the posi worked

That is common with the oem type of posi and doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it. The true test is if you still get two black stripes on the pavement. Bob

What type of Positraction is it, Zexel, Auburn, Gov-loc? Each unit responds differently.
