Rear Noise when in Nuetral only?

Rear Noise when in Nuetral only? OK I have a noise coming from my rear end. The rear is an Auburn Diff. with Richmond 4:10' s. It only makes this noise with the car in Nuetral or coasting. When I put the car in Nuetral at 30MPH+ it makes this horrible grinding noise, but when i drop it back in drive, its fine. And the only other time it does it is when i Let off the throttle quickly, (like from 100mph-60 mph on the highway without braking at all) Also it doesn't hardly whine at all
