Default Weird vibrations???

well i changed my trans mount to a polyurethane one bc the old one was torn and letting the tranny move around. My problem now is i get a vibration around 70 plus, it happens ten seconds apart from eachother and its a strong vibration. What could it be?? could my driveshaft be out of balance or the U joints messed up??? Also i got rear ended two months ago and they said that nothing was wrong with my car, but i find that hard to believe when the U Haul that rear ended me pushed my car fifteen feet with my stomping the brake and barely missing the car infront of me. Im thinking i should take it back to the shop and make them fix what ever the **** is wrong with my car.

the stock one was all tore up and sucked, the poly one is better and helps with shifter movement and feels like im getting more power to the ground now that the tranny stays still.

A solid mount would cause more vibrations! I'm going back to a stock mount today.
