Default Midwest 9 driveshaft safety loop pictures

For those of you wondering what there safety loop looks like and how it fits, here are a few pictures. This is there new design for there race torque arm. I was told at the time of purchase, "the fuel and brake lines would need to be undone". There are no picture on there web site to see what it looked like and it did not come with instructions. I was thinking this is going to be a major pain unhooking the break lines and fuel lines, just for a safety loop but since there tq arm design is so much different then other companies, I did not want to chance buying something else and not fitting. When it arrived (without instructions - the only complaint I have with there products) it was simple to understand how it bolted on. After test fitting the loop it was also easy to see the break lines just need to be unclipped from there holders and moved down into a natural recess. All in all it's a easy install and works out good. Hope this helps anyone else looking at purchasing one.

Awesome man! I have one coming in red so now I can actually run a loop that will work with my X-Pipe.

I don't think I would eat of it but it is a low mileage car. Maybe that's why it doesn't have a lot of dirt. Needs painted all black but I'm to lazy to finish painting it.......................lol

I do like how that looks and mounts nicely. I may have to order one myself.

Do you have a link their website or product listing. That loop looks like it would work with true duals. I haven't really been able to find anything that would be close to working. Thanks. By the way, nice setup.

Eric
