you a manual or auto? manuals only came with a 3.42 so thats a 3 series. autos came with a 3.23 (3 series) or 2.73 (2 series). if auto, check cruise rpm. if you are at 68 mph at exactly 2,000 rpms then you have 3.23s. if at 68mph you are somewhere around 1600-1700 you have 2.73s.

drive 68 mph on a freeway or simlilar road. look at your rpms. you will either be at 2000 rpms or about 1600rpms.

or check driveshaft.I've seen posts that 2.73s' got a steel driveshaft and 3.23s' got an aluminum driveshaft.
