Default rear end swap engine no start??

So i swapped my 4 channel rear out and converted a 3 channel rear. easy enough right? replaced axles with my 4 channel axles and plugged in the abs and tcs. my battery died and i charged it. its fully charged. when i went to finally turn her over she wouldnt start. i have a tcs/brake and abs inop light along with service engine soon. I can hear the fuel pump turn on and the starter is cranking but no love from the chambers.... any ideas? will abs and tcs keep it from starting?

also. i tried reseating the connections and it didnt do anything. One other thing i did notice is every once in awhile say when i have my head lights on while i was trying to trouble shoot this. when i turn my ignition all the way off the rpm and speedo spike to about half way and then return to zero. something that doesnt normally happen at all.

threw both tcs and abs in the trash, mine fires right up. you must have hit a wire or something going to the pump. the pump may prime but id attach a fuel pressure guage and see what it reads when cranking.

Do you have a fuel pump reset switch? Did a rear end swap on mustang with reset switch and from having the rear end jacked up so long it made the EFP freak out of some season. we had to play with the switch forever. and died twice going down the road after we got it running and played with the switch again and its worked fine ever since..
