Default whining corvette

Can anyone expalin me where i shimmed it wrong?

It's a corvette c3 3.70 iron unit and it just completed a rebuild. But the car whines during acceleration. During coasting it shuts up. Until i reach low speeds, then it just whines no matter if i accelerate or decellerate.
Is there a common mistake when the rear end acts like that. Such as i placed too thick/thin a shim behind the pinion or ring?

Hoping for some help here. I have already tried shimming it over a couple of times

Default

btw, backlash is good. and thread pattern is centered on the driving side of the ring gear. And the sound is not a normal low gear ratio whine but a really loud one.
