Default Stock DS doesn't fit with Moser 12 bolt.. Why??

Ok I got my new 1310-1350 u joint in the driveshaft, but it seems that the DS is to long, The DS hits the pinion nut when installing the driveshaft. Thats loaded and unloaded also, And I measured the X dimension and its 43 inches on a lift unloaded. And the driveshaft is all the way in the tranny also.

So my question is why is mine not fitting but everyone and there sons stock DS fits a moser 12 bolt.

thanks for your help

Yep rear wheels are centered in the wheel well. Actaully sits about 1/4 inch further in the back.
