Help me make a decision
Im getting ready to order a 9" from EPP.
The car:
Not a DD, Just weekends, Auto, Mostly street driven, Needs to take drag racing abuse, Will eventually have 600 rwhp or more.
I Don't want a spool. I need to be able to park & turn normally. I want to buy it right the 1st time. I have read the trutrac is junk, & people cant deal with the noisy Locker. I've been reading many posts old & new, & im stuck.

Tru Trac won't hold up to drag racing if you get any kind of wheel hop. Mine lasted about 6 months.
Went with a Trac Lock, lasted about 6 months before warping the carrier.
Going with a locker now. I quess I'll find out how that goes. I also considered an ARB air locker.
Good Luck

Yeah, I dont think I could deal with somthing breaking in my new 9". It already took me soooo long just to save up for it. If somthing broke It would send me over the edge. Im thinking Locker, but im still open for other opinions.
