Well I don't really have any info on your car except that it has a 3200 stall. That at least tells me that it is an auto 3 speed or 4 so I would recommend the 3.73 normally but that also depends on what size tire your running on. How about you fill us in on some of the cars current setup and supporting mods done to it. I checked your garage but there are no vehicles listed in there.

That is a good size tire for the 3.73 I had a similar tire setup in another Z I had and it worked out pretty good, specially for a DD car. The other benefit is that sooner or later you might end up going to a 350/400 Turbo trans and the gear will be manageable and not too much to drive on daily basis. Sounds like you have a pretty good plan for the car

I went from 2.73s to 3.73 and now have 3.50. Everything stayed about the same except that the car has a little more topend speed now.

If your going to 3.73 go to a bigger stall 3200 kinda tight 4K IMO would be better stall specially if gas is not an issue.

Good thread, I have been wondering if I should change my 3.42's to a 3.73 or not.
