Default Tuning for 4.10's?

I am having 4.10's installed at a rear end shop and I will need to get my car tuned for it. I called the local dealership and they told me that they cannot do it because it is not a factory gear size for my car (99 Z28 M6). How did/would you guys do it, hopefully somewhat inexpensively.

The most simple thing to change with HPT. Any tuner should be able to do it in 2 minutes and a few bucks if he has that year unlocked.
