Cyclic vibration at certain speeds
Here's my set up. 95 Trans-Am, Midwest fabbed 9", 4:11 gears, 3" Strange chrome moly driveshaft. Driveshaft angles are 1.6 degrees front and 1.5 rear.
I have a cyclic vibration from about 65 to 75 MPH only in sixth gear. It's very slight, you actually can hear it more than feel it and cycles about every 2 seconds. If I drive faster or slower or downshift to fifth it goes away.
Any ideas? Could a driveshaft out of balance act like this?

Mine does it too, but in speed over 60. Stock rear too. Don't think its the driveshaft, I swapped my old one for a new balanced one, and same thing. My guess its either the wheels or the pinion angle.
