Motive 3.73's Pyle Brothers did the install, now some 2 months later I'm still getting whine between 40-65 mph. As long as I'm under power or coasting their is no whine. When I am keeping a constant speed their is whine. My question is, is this normal? 
Or should I demand an adjustment?
