Default Rear end crunching noise and feeling with heavy accelerating from stop and thru turns

Now when I go thru a turn normal it is quiet, if I hit the gas to speed thru a turn the rear end makes a grinding noise and I feel it crunching. It also makes the noise and feel on straight take off if quick, if I go slow it doesnt. It didnt do it before the change so I dont know what I did wrong.

I have a 99 SS M6 stock rear end and I just replaced my rear wheel bearings and seals and put one and half quarts of Mobil 1 syn and a LSD additive (some say not needed some say yes, can it hurt?) and the diff wont take any more.

Could someone please help, I'm not ready to buy a new rear end yet!
