Default MWC&P rear: sometimes bad vibration at 95+ mph

I've got 500 miles on my rear, and sometimes around 95 mph and above I get a bad vibration with what feels like a very high oscillation rate/tremor. It hums and vibrates like hell till I slow way back down.

I'm wondering if perhaps I've not got the T/A attachment bolts tight enough? Anyone know what the suggested torque values for the front tunnel mount cross member bolt/TA connection and rear connection bolts of the torque arm to rear? (Gesh I wish these rears came with instructions)

Could my pinion angle be off and be one of the causational factors? I get very little whine and that’s on deceleration only.
I've got the angle between -1 and -1.5 degrees. I'm going to re-check that as well.

Any ideas anyone has towards solving this will be appreciated.
(I've emailed Eric concerning this, but thus far no reply)
Thanks all.
