Default leak at rear e-brake gasket?

Well I'm not sure what this thing is called, but there is a leak at my rear passenger axle from what looks like to be a rubber gasket or something where the e-brake line goes in. Should I put some rtv around there or do I need to replace anything?

Here are some pics:

Nope
The axle shaft will have to pulled sothat the axle seal and possibly the bearing can be replaced.
Also may have to repalce the parkbrake shoe and rear caliper pads because of fluid contamination

It's also possible that the caliper is leaking. Check your brake fluid to make sure it's not low.
