Default bmr torque arm

I have a problem my 98z has a moser 9" I bought a bmr torque arm for it and it would not fit.the place that was trying to install it said I would have to beat my floor board in to make it work.have any of you had this problem.

i only have a 10 bolt but i also have thier track pack, are you still trying to mount to the transmission tailshaft? maybe you should get the crossbrace and mount to that. it can be mounted pretty much anywhere you want (welded in) and it does hang pretty low but at least i know i wont break my tailshaft and fits ok.
on a side note: did you ever weigh yours? i just put mine on w/o a second thought and man, that bitch is heeaaaavvvyyy

I'm taking it back to bmr monday.they told me that if my stock one fits so should thiers.I'll let you know the out come.
