Default Looking for the Lightest 9in Spool, Ring and Pinion set up for Street/Strip!

Looking for the lightest weight rotation set up for my 9in, but this will be a 50/50 street strip car so dont wanna be replacing stuff all the time...thx

well you will be replacing tires and adding un needed stress to you ride
if i were you and if you dont really care about cost much and want it to last...since its a 50/50 car get the wavetrac. 35 spines with a life time warrenty and is not much heavier then the spool...maybe like 5-7 lbs i think. you could get some lightend gears to make up for the added weight if you want something crazy light

Fab 9 should meet your needs. Talk to Eric Vicary, owner of MWC... He's been busy lately, so I'm still waiting on him to get back to me... But if you're not in a huge hurry, that's the way to go...

spool and lightened gear is ok on the street, expecting you drive limited mileage per season. you could also add lightened axles as well.
