need some help!!! I am putting together my Mid West 9 inch and I hit a snag and cant call Erik this late. The axles are in and when I tighten the bolt that hold the backing plates down I cant spin it.
Is there a torque spec or something? I just loosed the bolts and it spins. I dont understand what the problem is. Is that normal??
