Default Drive shafts?

Am I the only one twisting drive shafts every couple runs, it seems if the car hooks hard almost guaranteed it will twist. The car is only putting down 500 to the wheels, I am just going steel now and I am sure the rear end will be next.

Get a Denny's "nitrous ready" steel shaft. It's warrantied not to break. I doubt any alum. one will last at 500 rwhp with an M6.

Yep, steel is the best to run. Not sure about Carbon Fiber but its pricey ($$$). I also did a Mark Williams slip yoke and 1350 joints on my steel shaft for added strength. The local driveshaft said he's some of those slip yokes twist. You can run a Napa 447 joint to adapt the 1350 shaft to the 1310 yoke on the axle.
