Default Can I use a 4 channel rear in a 3 channel car

I am looking into buying a used 9 inch setup. It is set up for abs and traction control but I only have abs. Will this still work, or will I have problems?

the easiest way out is to just pull your ABS fuse, pull the bulb in the gauge cluster and bolt it up. i did this with a used 4 channel 10 bolt with no problems. i have no ABS but no problems
