TA diff Cover & brack line bracket question

TA diff Cover & brack line bracket question I took off the stock cover several weeks ago and now I'm finally getting around to installing the TA cover. Does the brake line backet go between the cover and rear? Meaning the top 3 bolts not only lock down the cover, but also the bracket?
I can't tell if the bracket mounts outside the cover, or between the cover and rear.
