Lightbulb 4.11 vs 3.42 mph issues?

I had 3.42's in my car and now have 4.11. Obviously the speedo is off. I was curious if anyone knew in 6th gear on the freeway if the speedo reads 80 how much slower I am actually going? Am I actually going 70 or 65 etc.. when the speedo reads 80 in 6th gear?

Thanks
