75W/90 vs 75W/140

Anyone who knows gear lube, what are the pros/cons of running 75W/90 vs 75W/140 (say M1 brand)...?

I run the Mobile 1 75W/140, I guess it's good, been running a spool and before that ran a tru-trac doing 6K launches and no problems so far.
