Dana/Strange S60, how are the axels removed?

Default Dana/Strange S60, how are the axels removed?

Just wondering if anybody can give me a quick pointer to removing the axels on an S60, the guy helping me with them is not too familiar with this style rear end so I'd apprieciate any input, thanks!

to my knowledge, they have 9 inch axle ends on them, because the dana 60 was a full floater from the factory with bolt in axles on the hubs. you dont want that for obvious reasons on these cars, so they put ford 9 inch axle ends on them. there are 4 bolts holding the bearing retainer on the axle end, just remove thoes 4 bolts and the axles should come out. might need a slide hammer on the wheel stud.
