From now on i going to order my DSloop no matter how strong my ds going to be and i going to invest in all the kind of safty equipment .Hope to share something who can help others gain consience on SAFETY first.
Happy new year everyone!!!

A carbon fiber DS gets fuzzy at the end when they snap, and the worst think that would happen would be polishing the dirt off the undercarrige!
Something to think about!

You've broken 2 driveshafts with a best 60 foot time of 2.3xx?
I don't know what you're doing wrong, but I would seriously revamp my launching style if I were you. Maybe start at like 2,000 rpms, and roll into the throttle .... would be much easier on your drivetrain, and would probably even get you a lower 60ft time.
I broke my driveshaft around 60 or so ... thank god it was the back portion .... and btw, driveshaft loop rocks.

No 2.3s ,was the week before i broak the second DS.The firts pass that day i went 1.98 60' @ 1800rpm ,the car boged in the holl so i felt that i can go up in the rpm for next pass.So put the car at 3500rpm and booom... that's what happened .
The first DS i did a good burnout i was the 5th car to enter to the track and that day was an event so the track was like gloow in the tires.I rice the car to 4k rpm byebye DS

Driveshafts seem to be like 10 bolts- some break and some don't. I have seen guys run 10 second ETs with 1.4 60fts with a manual trans and don't break the stock DS; then again I have seen guys rip them in two running a 13.3 with 2.2 60fts
