which axle shafts will interchange? stock 10 bolt 3 channel

which axle shafts will interchange? stock 10 bolt 3 channel just out of curiosity, will any axle shaft from 93 up 3 channel work in 2000 ws6? will drum brake, non lsd make any difference? i am going to salvage yard to pull a 3 channel center so i can use the abs ring. going to build a seperate rear axle so as not to molest my 7100 mile 10 bolt for future use, or in case of breakage. if any of those axles will work, i'll take them too. thanks for any help.
