Width of stock 4th Gen rearend
Can you tell me the flange to flange width of the stock 7.5" 4th Gen 10 bolt?
Any other known flange to flange width of other vehicles is welcome also.
Thank you!!
Sorry for not searching, but would be late for work.

Thanks man!! Been looking at the 8.8 builds, and was thinking of going that way, but wondering about maybe going with a 8.5" ten bolt or a 12 bolt (factory housing converted, not factory). I already have some posi units, housings, and gears for both of those, plus the 4th gen brakes will bolt right up to the housing ends. I just have to find one that is about the same width.

The 8.5 is a great rear end! We ran them EXTREMELY hard in the GN/T-types years ago with only MOSER c-clip elim axles never a failure running 9.30s up to stock...
I truley prefer keeping it chevy but at this time the 8.8 already had gear and locker for 150.00 it was an upper management decision aka "my wallet" lol
cannot discount the 12-bolt either its an awesome unit

Almost 65" is pretty wide as far as rears go, so I'd think it shouldn't be hard to find one close to that. I've also got a pair of 2" think wheel spacers I could run if I have to.
