ok i have 2.73 gears on my car and from my understanding its a 2 series gears. so if i install some 3.73 gears that are 2 series, do i have to buy anything else to be able to install them?? ive seen a few threads where they say something about buying a master install kit or something like that. can anyone help me out plzzz....

You need to get the install kit. It will come with a new crush sleeve, shimms, gasket, ring gear bolt and bearings

you might be able to get away with the basic kit tho. the master, or maybe its the delux, comes with the wheel bearings/seals. perfect time to do them if you think you might need to in the future.
