nothing special,if there were some 'magic' gearsets,don't you think everybody would be using them.

I beleave they are AAM gears which are 2 cut gears which must be set up tight ( .006 back lash) I think AAM gear supplies some OE gears. I like AAM gear running 3.73 about 2 years

dont see why u gota be a smart *** hes just asking a simple question


I ve rarely seen people using these gears, if u want a good ring and pinion get Motive IMO

I ran there 4.10 for the last yr and a half. A little noisy but nothing i couldn't live with.

I purchased a 3.73 gear from them about 8 years ago. It was a GM gear. I don't know if they still sell factory GM gears or not but that is what they sent me. The gears worked great though, and as quiet as stock. Hope this helps.
