Driveshaft issues??
After replacing 3 rear seals for my transmission in 5 months ive decided to try the route of changing my DS... I have a dana S60 rear end and a steel DS, not sure the brand or how to tell if its too long or not. Just a rumor from the shop that rebuild the transmission.
What i dont get is how i didnt have this issue with the built tranny from 6spd inc that was in it for 10k+ miles.
Car is now leaking again, and heavily, what DS should i get and how do i know itll be short enough to not bang the heck out of the tranny again? Im at the end of my rope here and thinking of selling the car, and just getting a stock 4 door car.

The "X" dimension on the chart at the above link is what we use to measure for the correct length for the driveshaft. Bob

Update, it was the yolk that needed to be replaced. But also the tailshaft was torn up from the inside, previous builder saw it and said screw it and put it back together..
Jason @ TDP found it and fixed it, no problems again so far.
