long story short i snapped my axle in 9 inch.

i am looking to upgrade to 35 spline axles and spool now.
i know most take a 3.250 case for carrier. but i found one spool that uses 2.891 bearings

but wanted to see what everyone's opinion on this setup would be. right now i can't buy a strange case but only want to build this rear end one more time lol.

I wouldn't do it, save up and get an aftermarket case. If you're making enough steam to break a 31 spline axle you're making enough to break the stock case.
