From 3.23 to 3.73? Should I switch from my stock 3.23 gears? I was thinking about 3.73's... Anyone have past experience with these? Where can I get some?

Thanks alot guys... TQ converter is the next thing on my list of Mods. Is a TQ converter going to be something that I can do myself, or would I need to take it to a shop?
