Default will 4.10s in A4 10 bolt hold up ?

I made 395rwhp & 385 rwtq @ 6300 rpm.Car is dynoed tuned,1-2 and 2-3 shift points are right on,but I'm going thru the traps at about 6100 on stock tach that we know is close to 400 rpms off over 5,000 rpm. I'm on 255x50-16 MT DR. I cant get a smaller tire in 16s so I was thinking 4.10s in 10 bolt for now, just wondering if it will hold up.
