Jack the rear up and idle it is gear for ten minutes. Let it cool down and repeat this four or five times. Next, take it easy on the gears for five hundred miles. Bob

We reccomend the following....

For the 1st 100 miles: Drive the car 25 miles under normal conditions then let it cool down for at leat 15 minutes. Normal conditions consist of 60-65mph on frewway and NO heavy acceleration what so ever for the 1st 100 miles.

After 100 miles: Distance is no issue but change the fluid in the rearend at about 500 miles because the oil will break down and not lubricate the parts properly.
