Default anyone have 3.90's in a F-body?

I know that 3.90's are a popular C5 gear due to the final drive being the same ratio as the M12, but I was just curious if any F-body guys are doing it too.

I ran one when I had the 12 bolt in the car, was planning on spraying on it with the heads/cam but never did the n2o. It was nice to stay in 3rd in the 1/8 mile (~6400 through the traps in the 1/8 @ 94mph) but a 4.10/4.30 would have dropped my 60' a little.

I got it just to try it and be different, they werent charging the extra 45.00 when I ordered mine - I dont think I would pay the extra to have it..

Word of caution-many know that these gears can be quite noisy....
