Default How hard to instal a rear-end?

I've been doing some research and I'm reading things like having to center the rear-end perfectly, balancing the driveshaft and sometimes even the driveshaft and the yoke as whole unit. I was also wondering if you can re-use the factory torque arm and swaybar and if so, would you still recommend changing them based on my application.

I have a car putting out an estimated 400rwhp/390rwtq and I plan on having around 450rwhp after heads, intake, TB and pulley. I hardly ever go to the track, maybe 25 runs all year with 315 nitto drags, but I want to put 4.10's or maybe even 4.30's in the car and I'm afraid I'll break the 10-bolt with stock rear and 315 drags. I've even been told the set-up with gears wouldn't hold up to races from a roll. I just don't want to throw away $700 to install gears in a 10-bolt that will break in a year.

Is there a site I can go to that goes through the steps? Thanks.
