Torsen Thrust Block Install
I just replaced the axle bearings/seals in a Torsen, but I noticed (too late) that there is a channel machined in the thrust block, presumably to pass oil out of the center of the differential rotation axis. It's offset, so apparently it makes a difference which way is up. There are zero illustrations of it in the factory manual, so has anyone found a definitive specification on which side is top? I'll make a wild guess that it's designed to use centrifugal force to pull the oil in (requiring it to be situated as a "scoop"), but that's just a guess and I'd rather have a spec.
Any experts out there?
TIA

There is no mention that I have seen of a direction for the thrust block. You can contact a tech from their site.
BTW I note that Torsen now sells the split block for F Bodies.
