Default differences/opinions on moser vs. Billingsley 9"

I had just about decided on getting a moser 9", and then stumbled across the 9" on Billingsley Racings website. I haven't heard much mentioned about the Billingsley unit in this forum. Does anyone have it? What are the differences between the two? Moser's customer service scares me!

Check out www.easternfbody.com and do a search. They had a decent post about Moser vs Billingsley a few weeks ago.
