Default Getting vibration at 100mph

My '02 Hawk has developed a vibration that starts at almost exactly 100mph.
I recently had 4.11 gears installed in the stock 10-bolt, they were dead quiet for the first 700 miles, but have recently developed a whine when coasting (letting off the gas at speed) - It's a constant almost siren like noise, the pitch getting lower as the car slows down to a stop.

Could these be related? I read somewhere that some cars have vibration issues with the stock driveshaft and steeper gearing, am I looking at replacing the driveshaft? And if so, suggestions for a company to go through?

Thanks much!

Robert

Definately take it back for the coast noise it will only get worse.
At the same time have the universal's checked etc. for the cause of the vibration.

Making an appointment this week for the whine - I'll have 'em check the universal's as well!

Thanks for the advice
