Gear Install.... pics
Changing the fluid after break in and it looks to me like they are riding to far outboard on the ring gear, but i'm no expert. Had a local shop install them. What do you guys think?
Also, is it normal for the fluid after break in to be filled with tiny metal flakes?

depends does the flakes look like glitter or more like chunks. glitter is normal from what I was told, that is why the magnet is in there to keep most of it from cycling back into the diff, but I will say my ring never looked like that even when I broke the pinion. to me it looks like it's slowing chipping at your ring but I am no expert

Pardon my ignorance, but coast? And what do you mean by shallow? Thanks for the responses guys. And yes, they were glitter like tiny flakes, i kinda figured that was normal after the break in.
I did put in the Amsoil synthetic, and it quieted down quite a bit, but still annoying. My main concern is the install, and if the pinion is running correctly on the ring gear.
Also, what would you guys need pics of the get a better idea? Thanks again!

Coast is the 'back' side of the ring gear tooth. Shallow referring to pinion depth... agreeing with what you said about 'riding to far outboard on the ring gear' but it looks within tolerance to my eyes based on that picture.
